Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the replacement after your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, with labels and original packaging — and you will need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within ten business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
